Whitetail Deer Rates
What do the rates below include?

The Guide transports you to and from the stand;                                            
The Guide assists you in the recovery of your deer;                                                
Meals are included in the prices (except late season hunts, as noted);                      
All linens are included (sheets, blankets, pillowcases, towels);
Transportation to a meat locker (packing and shipping of meat not  
 included);                        

The camp cabin is equipped with hot showers, laundry facilities, a freezer, and full kitchens, including coffee pot, microwave, fridge, stove, pots and pans, dishes, and silverware.  For 2009 we are also continuing the our rec room facilities for our clients to enjoy outside hunting hours. 

If you are interested in booking a trip with us, you will need to call us and speak with Jody. Providing the dates you are interested in are available, then we require a 50% deposit.  In addition, there are several forms on the Forms Page that you can print out.  We require both the application and waiver prior to your hunt.  If you have difficulties printing these out, then let us know.  We can send you copies via mail.  

We can provide you with references upon request.

Regarding the 50% deposit, we accept Personal Check and Money orders. We can also accept major credit cards.  Upon appoval/cashing, we will send you a confirmation letter.  You can also book a hunt as a gift, send us the deposit, and besides a confirmation letter we can also provide you a GIFT CERTIFICATE.

DATES:  the ODNR does not finalize the hunting dates until Spring and so the dates above are our best estimate and are subject to change.

MEALS DISCOUNT: for those weeks where a single group of hunters fill all spots and provide their own meals, a discount of $200/hunter will be given.  This does not apply to Late Season Hunts.

50% DEPOSIT REQUIRED: upon booking, a deposit of 50% is required to hold each spot.  The remainder is due on or before arrival.  We do accept credit cards over the phone or you can send us a check or money order.   

EXISTING CLIENT PREFERENCE:  We honor our existing clients by giving them the first opportunity to rebook their currently booked week the next season.  If they decline, then the opening(s) become available.

Note that for an additional $75 fee, we will provide transportation to/from the airport, with advanced notice.  Airports within reasonable driving distance are Akron/Canton and Columbus International.
