When contacting us by phone, please be aware that certain numbers are better at different times of the year.  During late Spring and Summer, it is easiest to reach us via our
 
cell number (330) 260-7742. 

However, during the fall and winter months, it is easiest to reach us at our

home office (740)254-9156. 

Of course, you can use either number at any time.  Regardless, neither of these numbers is manned at all times, so you may need to leave a message. Please speak clearly, provide us with your number, the best time to call you back and a short description of your question.
